By accessing and using FineWineAi, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

FineWineAi provides a comprehensive wine industry management platform including:

  • Wine club management and processing
  • Tasting room point-of-sale (POS)
  • E-commerce and online ordering
  • Production tracking and cellar operations
  • TTB and state compliance reporting
  • AI-powered business intelligence

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized areas or data

4. Compliance Disclaimer

While FineWineAi provides compliance tools and reporting features, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your business operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Our platform is a tool to assist with compliance, not a substitute for legal counsel.

5. AI Credit System

AI-powered features consume credits based on usage. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over. Additional credits can be purchased as needed. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or proprietary wine formulations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

FineWineAi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion.
